Juan Mata - Manchester United midfielder set to be axed by Jose Mourinho again

Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata is set to be axed again by Jose Mourinho when the former Chelsea boss takes over the Red Devils next season.

Mata was one of the best players at Chelsea before Mourinho returned in 2013.

He spent majority of the first half of that season on the bench before Mourinho authorised his move to Manchester United.


They are set to cross paths again as Mourinho has reportedly agreed a deal to take over at Manchester United next season and has already told executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward that the midfielder does not fit into his plans at the club.

He has reportedly ordered the sale of £37million rated Mata and also that of £27m Marouane Fellaini.
