Taxi diver dies during sex romp with married lover

A taxi driver said to be in his 50s, reportedly slumped and died during a marathon $ex romp with his married lover who is also said to be a middle aged-woman, at the Lanjorin section of Muritala area, Ilorin, Kwara State, in the night of Tuesday, April 12.

Leadership reports that the man who had told his wife he was attending a three-day prayer vigil in another town, ended up dead in the arms of his lover, a few hours later.


The deceased was said to have been rushed to a private clinic in the area after he slumped and the woman began to scream for help, but he was rejected at the clinic.

It was gathered that some bystanders had earlier attempted to burn the clinic on hearing that the director had refused to  treat someone brought in on emergency but  later gave up their threat when they realised the man was already dead by the time he was rushed to the clinic.

Policemen from the ‘A’ Division, were later invited and they took  away the corpse and deposited it at the mortuary of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH), while the woman was arrested.

The late man's wife was to later arrive at the police station to narrate that her husband had informed her he was going for a three-day vigil at a church in another location.
