The company was incorporated in July 2010 as a Limited Liability Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 to meet accounting and financial information requirements of multidisciplinary entrepreneurs by providing automated point of sale solution and serving as their virtual Finance, Accounts and Strategy department.
