Simon Cowell got headbutted in the first X Factor results show

Say what?!!! Yep Syco himself was inadvertently headbutted by overenthusiastic Anton Stephans. It happened as the judges and acts were gathered on the X Factor stage for the results of the public phone vote to be announced.

Anton went in for a hug with disastrous consequences and bashed heads with the music mogul.

Later, when Simon was speaking about outgoing overs act Bupsi, Simon said: “I’ve just recovered from being headbutted in the face by Anton actually so I’m a bit dazed.”
