Our client a major market leader in the confectionary mass market is currently hiring for the following positions in our Lagos office.


FOOD PRODUCTION MANAGER


RESPONSIBILITY
Oversees the production process and draws up a production schedule.
Ensures that the production is cost effective.
Makes sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Works out the human and material resources needed.
Drafts a timescale for the job.
Estimates costs and sets quality standards.
Monitors the production processes and adjusts schedules as needed
Liaises among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers.
Works with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed.
Supervises and motivates a team of workers.


QUALIFICATION AND RELATED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Completion of a bachelor’s degree at an accredited university in business, engineering, food technology or any related course.
Completion of a master’s degree at an accredited university in business administration, or any related course (desirable).
Related professional qualification (desirable).
Three to Five years of experience in a similar role.
Work experience in Quick service restaurant or food and beverage industry (preferred).
Strategic thinking and Planning
Quality Management, Promoting Process Improvement
Forecasting, Developing Budgets, Leadership/management skills, good people skills, technical and IT skills
Must be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.


PURCHASING SUPERVISOR


SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for ensuring that the raw materials and goods purchased for  Mama Cass are fit for consumption and use as well as meet both internal and external requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations
Raising of LPO for all items purchased internally for onward forwarding to store department for raising GPN (Good Received Note)
Ensuring that items to be bought are brought in the right quantity, quality and time.
Monitoring items i. e. auditing/verifying the existence of items said to be purchased by verifying the bin cards, audit records and security records
Coordinating purchasing department staff for proper and adequate product/item procurement, raising of LPOs


QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Mandatory: BSC/HND in Purchasing & Supply/Any other equivalent qualifications.
Added Advantage: Membership CIPSN
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or FMCG
Skills and Abilities: Computer literate, Hands – on – ERP software knowledge/Proficiency.


PURCHASING OFFICER/BUYER


RESPONSIBILITY
Going to the market for purchase of items on internal purchase form
Responsible for direct purchasing of items and documentation of goods purchased.
Placing orders with suppliers both on LPO and IPF
Frequent market survey
Documentation of items purchased after the receiving team has recorded theirs
Ensuring items purchased conform with specification


QUALIFICATION AND RELATED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Must have OND.
Must have at least 2  years cognate experience in admin work
Must be able to lead multiple initiatives through completion
Must be able to multi-task and simultaneously handle important tasks
Good negotiation skills
Good communication and Interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate

CAFETERIA SUPERVISORS


Responsible for effective supervision of service personnel at Cafeteria.
Responsible for safe keeping and maintenance of all company’s asset at Cafeteria
BSC/HND, with a minimum 1 year experience in Quick Service or Food Production/Processing industry.


CAFETERIA MANAGER


Responsible for day-to-day management of the Restaurant  for the creation, identification and prioritization of business opportunities, aligning those opportunities in order to achieve superior customer service, high operating standards and the achievement of financial and customer service targets.
BSC/HND, with a minimum 3 years experience in Quick Service or Food Production/Processing industry.
