PERSON SPECIFICATIONS –
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
First Degree in Social Sciences,
Arts or Humanities is essential.
Master’s degree in relevant studies is essential.

EXPERIENCE
At least 7 years minimum working experience is essential
At least three years’ experience in budget interventions is essential
Experience in the Nigerian Policy environment including the budget process is essential
Experience of community based work, engagements with CBOs and capacity building is desirable
