A middle aged man from the Kizigha village in Bura, Kenya, has been remanded in prison by the Wundanyi Court after he was arraigned for $exually abusing and impregnating his twin daughters, aged 18, reports Nairobi News.
The court heard that the girls who are both students of Ngami Secondary School in the Mwatate Sub-County, are eight months and three months pregnant respectively.
The randy father had earlier pleaded guilty to the charges during his first appearance in court on November 19, before Senior Resident Magistrate, Isaac Orenge but when he appeared on November 24 before Resident Magistrate G.M Gitonga, he changed the plea to not guilty.
The charge sheet stated that between January 2013 and February 2015, the accused sexually abused his daughters, resulting in the pregnancies.
Gitonga therefor ordered that he be remanded at the Wundanyi GK Prison while adjourning the matter till December 8 while hearing will be in January.
