An inconsolable Khloe Kardashian, 31, is preparing to say her final goodbye to the love of her life, Lamar Odom, 35, as things are looking grim for the former NBA star. His major organs are reportedly failing, and doctors aren’t sure he’ll recover.

“[The Kardashians are] pretty sure this is goodbye, but they’re praying for a miracle,” a source close to the Kardashian family says. “They know that God has the power to heal him, but that’s really the last hope at this point. This is really bad.” The former L.A. Laker was rushed to the hospital from the Love Ranch Brothel Oct. 13 after he was found unresponsive with blood coming out of his mouth and nose. He’s been in a coma since arriving at the hospital and reportedly has suffered multiple strokes and organ failure.
