PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
DESCRIPTION
Will be responsible for leading the execution of the production and routine first line maintenance activities in oil/gas facilities and ensuring that production targets are met and that wells, facilities maintenance, integrity, HSE and business requirements and are satisfied. Will supervise activities related to safe running of the flow station and CPF, lining up of wells, wells testing, sampling and production optimization activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Operations of flow station, gas stations and associated assets.
– Execute routine production and first line maintenance checks on all plant and process equipment and minor non-routine production activities
– Ensure compliance of plant operation within the operating envelope and guidelines.
– Execute all plant operations activities in a cost-effective manner.
– Monitor equipment performance/operability and effectively troubleshoot any process up-set and associated oil/gas facilities.
– Ensure that all routine maintenance and operations and non-routine operations, inspection, servicing and repair activities are implemented to appropriate standards
– Ensure the safety and security of the plant in an emergency and perform the role of Emergency Response Team member
– Ensure that wells are tested and sampled as per the requirements of the reservoir management, validate and report the results.
– Execute the set programmes of minor routine equipment services as set out in the facility Manuals and Work Practices.
– Execute recommendations for performance improvement of individual assets
– Test functionality of asset to ensure integrity in conjunction with team leader.
– Perform gas well and plant operations to produce gas at agreed quality and volume specification and deliver processed gas at custody transfer point in accordance with contractual agreements and delivery schedules.
– Monitor process parameters in the control room and co-ordinate intervention activities.
– Assist the control room team and team leaders in the day to day running of the gas plant
– Carry out necessary operations on plant process and utility rotating equipment e.g. centrifugal and rotary compressors, gas turbines, condensate export pumps (including booster pumps), glycol injection pumps, chemical injection pumps, gas generator, screw type air compressors, etc.
– Take requested samples for analyses, take and record field data requested for general monitoring of plant performance.
– Isolate and depressurize process equipment for maintenance as directed.
– Maintain good housekeeping within the plant areas.

REQUIREMENTS:
Incumbent should have an Engineering degree in Mech / Chemical / Production) or OND or OND with a minimum of 5 years experience in field operations in the oil and gas Industry or C&G with a minimum of 8 years experience in Production operations.

CONTROL ROOM OPERATORS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Operations of DCS, Fire and Gas and ESD systems from Central Control Room.
– Start up, Operate, Moni .or and Shut Down Process ar1d Utility Systems.
– Monitor, maintain and optimize process parameters (Level, flow, temperature, pressure etc.) within operating requirements, ensuring the correct overrides are in place for relevant permitted work and would affect the safe and efficient running of the production and utility systems.
– Monitor and control of all process variables based on information from PCS control system and PLC system.
– Monitor and operate electrical/electronic control panels, safety and emergency shutdown devices, fire and Gas Systems.
– Ensure accurate production reporting is submitted daily or as required by company and client.
– Carry out all operations in safe and environmentally sound manner.
– Report all discharges leaks, spills, injuries, and incidents, immediately.
– Ensure personnel understand and comply with current environmental regulations.
– Carry out Emergency Response role
– Assist maintenance operations by applying/removing isolations as required.
– Supervise operation of PTW system.
– Advise maintenance personnel on hazards of plant and equipment.
– Prepare process and utility systems for remote operations
– Remotely operate and monitor process and utility systems
– Prepare process and utility systems for shutdown

ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
DESCRIPTION
The Rotating Equipment Engineer will provide technical assurance overview and support for rotating equipment systems and documentation to ensure safe, reliable, and cost effective procurement, installations, commissioning, operations and maintenance. Will ensure that all new and existing rotating equipment installations are completed in accordance with applicable standards. Will manage all rotating equipment trouble shooting and repairs / upgrades activities. Will work within across a functional team to address both tactical and strategic reliability improvement items. Incumbent should have a B Sc or M Sc in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years machinery/mechanical equipment / project experience with a wide variety of Rotating Equipment experience.

-Assist in the development of the REI’s, other Technical Staff and Maintenance personnel.
-Provide technical support to the run and maintain efforts of the MET inspectors.
-Conduct field performance tests on rotating equipment as needed in the course of resolving operational or efficiency problems.
-Develop or review operating procedures for plant rotating equipment as needed.
-Review specifications, bid packages, design and fabrication drawings, and recommend manufacturers for rotating equipment in the support of local capital projects.
-Maintain an awareness of repair costs and repair shop capabilities to assist the plant in getting the best repairs for the money.
-Provide expertise to the plant on lubrication and overview the effectiveness of the lube oil analysis and lubricationrecommendations programs.
-Develop maintenance and/or overhaul scope and/or procedures for major pieces of rotating equipment associated with routine repairs, as well as Turnarounds.
-Develop and support procedures for routine repairs of rotating equipment i.e. “Pump Repair Guidelines” and “Pump Overhaul Procedure”.
-Provide technical support and overview on the overhaul of major rotating equipment.
-Conduct and document Rotating Equipment Technical Assurance Audits as required.
-Manage the documentation of rotating equipment related activities.
-Coordinate and supervise field repair contractors.
-Work within and contribute to the continued development of the RCM work processes.
-Lead the development of MOC’s that are discipline specific and participate in MOC’s that require cross-functional review.
