JOB SUMMARY
Provide support in the timely and efficient execution of EtisalatNigeria ’s
recruitment activities
Liaise with other areas of the HR function to address staff-related issues and opportunities within assigned business unit

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
Implement cost effective strategies aimed at providing Etisalat Nigeria with the right number and quality of staff
Evaluate manpower needs/ requirements
Identify and keep up with placement opportunities within the organization
Provide logistics support towards the execution of recruitment activities – internal and external – from sourcing to selection
Review recruitment requisitions from business units and assist in preparing recruitment adverts
Conduct first-level shortlisting for interviews and aptitude tests
Carry out preliminary reference and credentials checks for new hires and maintain and update the recruitment database
Provide inputs in the preparation of management reports on activities of the Resourcing & Partnering team
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head-Resourcing & Partnering

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Between three (3) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience
