A reputable Investment company at Ogba, Ikeja  Lagos is recruiting for the position of Call Centre Operator

Call Centre Operator
Age Limit:  22 – 28yrs

Nature of Work:
Call Center Operator provides customer service by giving response to the inquiries 
Travel information, technical malfunctions (Computer, TV, Internet problem) and other concerns.

Job Description:
•    Support and provide superior service via phones, emails and faxes as a receiver and caller.
•    Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
•    Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions and unintentional disconnects.
•    Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
•    Effectively deal with the job stress, angry callers, and upset customers.
•    Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
•    Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation.
•    Other duties assigned.
•    Review customer complaints and search for possible solution.
•    Give information to the customers regarding their concerns.
•    Inform customers about their previous and current billing statements.
•    Give advices to the customers about the possible remedies or solutions regarding their problem.
•    Record and encode the information that the customer gives.
•    Try to persuade the customer to buy a certain products.
•    Give step by step instruction to customers i.e. television or computer problem

Education and Requirements:
•    Must have a degree in English or any related discipline

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
•     1-3 years (experience in a call center)

Skills and Competency Requirements:
•    Strong use of English language in both verbal and written.
•    Knowledge in handling different accounts (Travel or Bank)
•    Must have basic knowledge on Computer parts and Applications (For Technical Support)
•    Knowledge in establishing good rapport with the customer
•    Must be analytical and keen to details.
•    Ability to talk while encoding the data on the computer
•    Must be patient and courteous.
